PICK N PAY ORANGE FARM LINK ROAD- EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

i had an altercation yesterday in the following store: Address: 15800 Link Road &, Palm Dr, Orange Farm, 1805. the manager called Willem wasnt pleasant with me and when i approached him he denied his position. i asked around in the store and was sent from pillar to post and after being made a fool one of the staff members decided to tell me the truth about who the manager is. he literally walked away from me while i was addressing my concern. the meat i bought from them wasnt hot and i asked him about it he didnt help me but just said to me, " just go the deli and ask them why its not hot.." i felt very disrespected by the manager and i also went to go near the money market seeking help from the guy who works in the office, his name is Thabo...when i tried to speak to him, he also just walked away and said nothing. i had to follow him and he went into the office and closed the door on me. i just want to understand what kind of customer service are they promoting and who allows this kind of behavior...i am deeply saddened by this behavior and i am asking myself how many people are being treated like this........
