Pick n Pay "Opt Out" does not work!

I have tried to unsubscribe from Pick n pay's email communication numerous times. My profile has the setting for "opt-out" of all communication. I have emailed many times and been given generic responses with instructions on how to unsubscribe despite including in my communication a screenshot of my profile showing that I AM OPTED OUT! I received a telephone call where someone "Opted Out" on my behalf "Pick n Pay's side". Yet I still receive emails from them! I emailed in complaint responding to the confirmation email stating that I had been Opted out. Of course, I just received the generic email with instructions on how to "Opt-Out" again! IT DOES NOT WORK! Your system is broken! How do I get you to stop emailing me?!?
