Pick n pay Online worst place to shop
<p>I bought a PS4 on Pick n Pay's online store on 26 December. I entered my banking details for payment and received a delivery date confirmation. The online indicated that I could also pick my purchase at the William Moffat store. As I was really looking forward to my console I went there the next day just to find out that they JUST sold the last two. How is that possible as I bought mine the day before! Never use their online store, worst experience ever!</p>

Shocking response once again. Promises were made to deliver 3 days after the above complaint, that never happened. More promises to collect on the 4th which is today, spent more than an HOUR waiting just to hear that they still don't have the promised product.
I have no doubt that there is zero care in this company, worst experience ever.

Turns out Pick n Pay chose to tell lies, phoned them MYSELF AGAIN this morning just to find out they never even picked up my parcel. Once again a lie as the parcel is STILL in Cape Town, if it even exists . . . . . .
