Pick n Pay Online to pull up their socks!!!!

I purchased goods online on Black Friday to collect on Saturday. I went to Northgate Sat, 24 Nov at 10h30 (As my time was 10-14), the truck only arrived 12h33. my order was not on the truck and it was a complete mess! The irritated people, the Black Friday boxes and the lack of Pick n Pay staff. There was only 3 people to handle the entire consignment, it was BLACK FRIDAY! It was going to be a nightmare, but Pick n Pay sent 3 people and they were getting abused by the consumers and THIS IS NOT FAIR!!!! The fact that Pick n Pay didn't think to have more staff for Black Friday deliveries is RIDICULOUS!!! The boxes were being offloaded on the pavement, the people got in the truck, took their boxes, left... IT WAS COMPLETE CHAOS!!!!!

I was told to call online shopping, the first call I placed was 24 Nov at 13h23 and was on hold for 10min and 29sec before hanging up, the second call was at 15h34 and was on hold for 06min and 33sec before hanging up, the third call was at 16h12 and was on the call for 24min and 7sec before I was told I had to drive back (a second time) the 20.1KM (one way) to receive my order as it will arrive around 17h30, I was also told that Pick n Pay had "extended" hours and would close at 19h00, however when I arrived at 18h02, it was closed. On Sunday, 25 Nov I went back to Northgate (third drive) to collect my goods, but only half my goods had arrived! The gentleman, who was alone to deal with all the boxes and people, told me that the rest of my goods would be delivered. I took the goodsthat was there and left. On the 27 Nov, my goods were delivered, but its still INCOMPLETE!!! The delivery man said I had to call Pick n Pay online.... Again (sigh). One the 28 Nov, I sent an email to Pick n Pay and yet to receive a response. I called today, 29 Nov but was on hold for 10mins and 36secs before hanging up, and sent a second email... Sigh.

If Pick n Pay cannot handle online shopping, then Pick n Pay should not do it OR have more staff to handle this in a more efficient manner.
