Pick n Pay online *******

Pick n Pay online shopping are *******. I placed an online order and the goods I selected were all on special. My order came to R600 but on completion of payment the amount came to R730. Suddenly half the items were not on special. They then proceeded to deduct 10% more as a provisional payment which I was told would be reimbursed 5 days later. 7 days later I am still waiting.
