Pick n pay online terrible service

I bought a few things via pick n pay online, and when my things were delivered they were not in good condition chocolate melted and the driver took it back with him I also ordered ice cream magnums 6s in a box when I saw the chocolate in that state asked the driver about the ice cream as I already took it he advised that ice cream was fine since it was stored in a cooler, asked him why was the chocolate not put in there aswel he answered rudely that he is not the one that packs, only to find out that he was lying when we later ate the ice cream it was melted as bad as the chocolate I than wrote for pick n pay Facebook platform I have not been contacted about all of this and not refunded for anything, I didn't even mention that the driver was super late with a bad attitude on top of that.
