Pick n Pay Online Terrible !

I placed two orders online ( Pick n Pay online shopping) , they were both cancelled without notifying me, after waiting patiently for delivery as was confirmed by their smses and money deduction from my bank account . Since we've been in lockdown , how a sick regular customer of yours supposed to go to the shops mmmmmmh?

People out there please do yourselves a favour and not use this service , so terrible !
