Pick n Pay online takes money and refuses to give it back

Firstly, Pick n Pay online you guys really need to step up, right now you are nothing compared to Checkers 60. We placed an order and this happened over a month ago and we were delivered the incorrect goods, we called that entire day asking for our stuff and no joy. They said they will come pick up the incorrect order which they only did the next day and then said the money will be credited in 3-7 working days, well unless I count, it is way beyond that, my wife called so many times and still no luck, she has asked for a manager to call and not a single call back. What if that was our last money, is this how you guys treat consumers, bull right. We will never use the app again and this experience has just cemented that, when we have issues with Checkers it is sorted in minutes and that is not a lie. Right now we just asking for our money back and the consultants keep on telling us the processing department is not getting back to them and the team leader is Mohamed and he refuses to contact us, amazing people you have working there and every time we ask to speak to him he is forever busy and does not have the decency to call back, as a team lead or manager that is a real horrible attitude to have. Now we dealing with Shantal and she assisted before with no luck, so we are in a game of cat and mouse to get our money back.
