Pick n Pay Online Store - WHAT A JOKE!!!!

I placed an order (3 item) with Pick n Pay Online Store on 25 February 2024 for the first time ever.....AND THE LAST TIME EVER!! Got an sms on morning of 26 February 2024 to say that my order will be delivered between 10:51 & 11:51. By 14H00 there was still no delivery made. I phoned Pick n Pay Helpline. The lady said she would find out why the delay, and will call me back. By 16H00 I phoned again, seeing that no one phoned me back. Now it was another lady!! "Oh, the previous lady that helped you, are now in a meeting!" WOW!!!!...so much for customer service at Pick n Pay! Okey lady, can YOU please find out where my order is, I asked. Yes, she said and said she will phone me back. AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED...AND FOR HER TO CALL ME BACK.

Pick n Pay....go get some tips from CHECKERS on how to run a Online Store, and the DELIVERY PART. Cause you guys got no clue!!! AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY, AND YOUR CUTOMER CARE TO PHONE ME BACK ABOUT WHERE MY ORDER IS!!!!
