Pick n Pay online stinks

Pick n Pay online (Krugersdorp) I have ordered items online. Pick n Pay didn’t deliver all the items ordered. I have emailed them (customer services), with no reply in 12 days to state why not all my items have not delivered?? Nor offered my money back ?? I won’t recommend to anybody. Pick n Pay online stinks !
