Pick n Pay online short delivering on groceries
I placed an online order and my order was short delivered this morning , half of my groceries I have not received and Unable to get in contact with the service line or anyone, while having the store that packed the order refuse to address or assist with the issue They have done this once before and I overlooked it because it was for R26 but this time I haven't received alot of items

This matter has not been resolved and is extremely disappointing and disgusting that I paid for groceries communicated with asap regarding which items were short, a total of R324.94
Now you guys want to refund me for something I received for an amount of R23.00
Why are you making me beg for my groceries or refund
How difficult is it to resolve a customer query,are the staff not reading emails correctly and checking the order ,CAN SOMEONE CALL ME?
I PAID FOR GROCERIES I DID NOT RECEIVE, BETWEEN YOUR DRIVER WHO DELIVERED ONLINE AND THE STORE YOU NEED TO GET THIS SORTED as I placed this order on Sunday , I HAVE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH
SEE TO THE CUSTOMER FIRST ,ME!!!!! AND THEN DEAL WITH YOUR INTERNAL ISSUES AFTER!!!!!!!!!!
