Pick n Pay Online Shopping does not work

I consistently experience endless problems trying to place orders on the Pick n Pay Online website. Rarely my orders go through, mostly I just give up after numerous unsuccessful attempts. Website is extremely slow, gives error messages such as ‘Oops’, etc. It does not matter which device i.e. tablet, phone, laptop, desktop, internet provider or search engine I use my order simply does not go through. My orders go through no problem on other online vendor websites so the problem is not with my bank, my devices or internet providers, the problem is solely with Pick n Pay Online. Please sort this out.
