Pick 'n Pay ONLINE Shopping delivering an exceptional service during lock-down!

It is wonderful to be able to write a positive review - one that has to be shared! In the midst of COVID-19, Pick 'n Pay Online have been nothing short of exceptional in their service delivery. I have a number of reasons for stating this which I want to share, namely: 1. The online platform search engine has major improvements - easy to find 2. Delivery slots - short lead-times (no other retailer can compete!) 3. Out of 173 items ordered, 158 were delivered and only 15 not available - incredible considering the high demand 4. My delivery was one of the last - and I can happily say that the cold chain was absolutely perfect for meats, perishable and frozen products 8. The delivery took place exactly as scheduled - I was the 100th delivery the driver and his partner informed me (8 ton truck)
