Pick N Pay Online Shopping - Boksburg

I would not recommend any one to use the Online Shopping from Pick n pay pick up at Boksburg Hyper,I received bad service from their Click and Collect service on Wednesday.On arrival the stock was not picked and unavailable.They do not call you to inform you but they will take your money.Till today I have not received a call or email notification explaining or telling me how much they will refund me by.I made a purchase of R2600 there is over R1000 that is due to me of groceries not available I have called the call center and spoke to Tania Zulu,Samantha(Team Lead) and Zandile and still nothing has happend. I have send emails to their *** and still no responds.

I would not recommend this service as they dont have the capability and capacity to execute online deliveries.
