Pick n Pay Online Shopping - ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC - Take Your Money with NO Deliveries NOR Feedback!

I purchased items from Pick n Pay on their website on 30 November, with the confirmation email having been received and stated that the delivery would be 1 December. The money had gone off of my account immediately.

It's now the 3rd of December and STILL NO DELIVERY, NOR does Pick n Pay answer their customer care phone lines, NOR does Pick n Pay answer any of their emails (to any email addresses). When sending emails, all you receive is a confirmation number of the logged complaint/email and NO RESPONSE!

Today, my order was moved from "processing" to "processed" - basically stating on their system that the order was fulfilled YET ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DELIVERED AND STILL NO FEEDBACK!

DAY LIGHT *******!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
