Pick 'n Pay Online Shopping

<p>I just want to express my utter dissapointment with my experience with PnP Online Shopping. I hope that it gets to the right ears.</p> <p>The reason for me going for the online option was the convenience that I can get all the items I needed on one delivery. This was not the case. I ordered my groceries on the Friday, which was delivered on time at the slot that I checked. My original order (which totalled to R530.34) reduced to R284.18 because various items "were not in stock". I want to be very specific and name these items: Carrots, Garlic, Curry Leaves, Cans of Chopped and Peeled tomatoes, Lamb meat and Chicken breasts. These are some of the most common items that you can ever find! The fact that these items were not available or could not be procured in the 3 days the order was placed and the delivery happened is disgusting to me. The cherry on top of this messy cake is the R75.00 charged for the delivery cost. I accepted the R75 on my initial order because I thought I was paying for convenience and ease of mind (which is what they so want you to beleive on the website). Now I had to pay R75 on my order that reduced by half and I have to go to the shops anyway to get the rest of the stuff that PnP "did not have in stock".</p> <p> </p> <p>Never in my life will I order anything from PnP Online again.</p>
