Pick n Pay online shopping

<p>Hi Pick n pay, I purchased omo auto washing powder and other items online order number ********** 635 it took you forever to deliver but I was patient , the day you delivered I was not available to sign for the order but the person who was available signed for the order, the following day when I was packing I discovered that the omo auto 2kg washing powder that is support to go with a 1.5Litre liquid soap is delivered without the 1.5 liquid soap, I called the customer care to explain a guy by the name of Vincent said he will not log a call because on the slip is not indicated that the products are missing, I then explained to him that on the invoice it doesn't say that it's supposed to go with a 1.5 litre liquid it only says omo auto washing powder with 2kg comfort that is the description on the soap hence the person who received it didn't indicate that the items are missing as it shows nothing about the 1.5L soap, the only time you will know it comes with the 1.5L liquid is when adding to cart online which I suspect that's how the person who was packing my order missed this,eventually he said he will log a call and wait for the store to contact me he did and provided with the ref number a few hours later he call and tell me the store won't be able to assist for same reasons that the missing items were not indicated on the invoice, how can she indicate something that is not showing on the invoice, the invoice said nothing about the 1.5L liquid soap, he said there is nothing he can do about this I then asked for serial numbers that shows that indeed those items were scanned and shipped out he said he will come back to me till today I am waiting, the invoice doesn't really say anything about the 1.5Litre liquid so I don't know why pick n pay expect who ever that is receiving stock to indicate the missing item, the person who was packing also failed to include this 1,5 L liquid soap as it was not stated on the invoice, the only time you will know it's a combo is when you are adding this product to cart, this is the second time I have bad experience shopping online fortunately the first issue was resolved I refuse to pay R59,99 for a 2kg washing powder I purchased x 8 soaps because I thought the deal was good but instead I am refused the 1.5L liquid soap, I noticed that while waiting for delivery the Omo auto 2kg that comes with 1,5L went down to R44,90 which I also feel it's unfair that I bought them for R59,99 and the price changed while I was still waiting for delivery am very disappointed for the kind of service I am receiving I paid a lot of money for this order I cannot be making false accusations, I want this matter to be attended as soon as possible online shopping is suppose to be a convenient way to shop but with pick n pay it seems to be a hussle.</p> <p> </p>
