Pick n Pay Online services reluctant to process refund

I have been waiting for a refund from PnP Online services since 21 August for items not supp****. I received an SMS on 31 August after my previous Hello Peter post with a ref no but nothing happened, no contact. So I called the Help Line last week and Sela (not sure of her name) promised to sort it out. Nothing happened since my call, I am still out of pocket of nearly R600 and am disgusted with PnP, not what one would expect from a high profile retailer!
