Pick n Pay online service is unreliable and unprofessional

<p>This is the 2nd time I have had an incident with Pick n Pay online. I placed orders with a set delivery time. Knowing they cannot deliver the store puts it through on your credit card and then notifies you later that they cannot deliver on time once they have your money and cannot give a time in the delivery. This is dishonest you should phone customers BEFORE to see if they still want the order before you takE their money. I will NEVER use them again. Woolworthe NEVER behaves like this. You do not deserve a star</p>
