Pick n pay online refund process is useless. Use them at own risk

Horrible to non existent refund process for pick n pay online purchases. I made an order beginning of December 2022 and I had an item that was not delivered. I called (last call ref was *** on 13th Dec) a couple of times to get my refund for it. I kept getting promises that my refund will be processed and even promised that my refund was escalated but until today I haven't received my refund. It doesn't matter how liltle the amount is but at the end of the day it's my money and I wouldn't have called if I did not want it back So if you order from pick n pay online just know if the item is not on stock or not delivered for whatever reason you will not get that money back
