Pick n Pay online purchase services are not working.

I place an order on their online services and it took the money but nothing was showing I place an order till todya no reply via email and no wallet refund or refund back to my account when you try to call no one is picking up. Please can I have my money back. And foe someone whose trying to purchase using their online app don't it doesn't work.
