Pick n Pay Online + PnP Ottery Hyper is PATHETIC

I placed an order for 2 x Blue Mountain Gazebos 3 x3 with 3 side shading sheets, online and selected no substitutions. Upon delivery on Monday 20th November 2023, my mother was informed that the item was not supp**** and only the DAY Fly repeller was delivered. The delivery man advised that my mother contact Pick n Pay Ottery and speak directly to the personal shopper who did the order. The personal shopper informed my mother that the money for the Gazebos would be refunded to my account within 3 to 4 hours. It has been more than 24 hour and the refund still does not reflect in my account. Today, the 21 November 2023, I phoned Pick n Pay Ottery Hyper *** and was transferred to said personal shopper who did not pick up the phone. I tried customer care *** and waited for an operator who never answered. My question is when will I get my refund for stock your business did not have. I cannot understand how a big company like Pick n Pay does not have an up to date inventory system linked to the online store to avoid unnecessary orders for items that are out of stock and refunds for said items.
