Pick n Pay Online overcharges customers

Order number ***4 I find it’s my third time now that I’ve done an online order for my family far away. Pnp does not deliver all the goods but still charge me the full amount, this time it’s almost R600 more than what was delivered. When I call they say they will investigate but never ever respond to you me again
