Pick 'n Pay online order & delivery service

<p>Our company has always made use of the convenient sevice Pick n Pay has offered through their online order and delivery service. Today for the first time our oder never showed up and after phoning so many times and confirming that everything will be delivered before 5pm, still no delivery from Pick n Pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly discusted by the way we've been treated. There was no phone call to say they will be late or they had a situation. We had to phone them and hold on for more than 15 min to confirm everything. I have said this before, I am not affraid to take our business else where like checkers or even Makro for that matter as I know I can depend on their loyal service.</p>
