Pick N Pay Online order cancellation - no money back after three months.

I purchased some items using the Online Portal. The delivery did not take place and I could not amend the order at all. I then cancelled the order and this was 3 months ago. To date, I have not receive my money back. I keep calling and they don't have an answer as to where my money is. It is over R2000 and am not getting anywhere with them in this regard.
