Pick n pay online not delivering

I have ordered two items online fully paid up, and they were supposed to be delivered Monday 31 May 2021. I received the sms Monday morning that my delivery is 2km away and that was it. I phoned customer Centre line Monday, and they told me they will escalate. Tuesday I went to Sandridge store and they gave me the online customer care, and I called them again, and insisted on the ticket ***). Later that afternoon the ticket was closed. I called them Wednesday around 14h00, and the lady who was assisting me told me that she will follow up and come back to me within 30 minutes. I even confirmed my cellphone number to make sure that they have the correct contacts. We are now on thursday, no calls no nothing
