Pick n Pay Online - no refund processed

I made an online purchase and one of the items was not delivered. I was told by the delivery person that a refund would be processed and there's nothing for me to do. I have still not yet been contacted by Pick n Pay and not yet received a refund. I tried calling the helpline three times and there is no answer.

Furthermore, on more than one occasion I have received goods which were close to the expiry date. In this order this week I received a case of cool drink which expires in September 2019. This is too close to the expiry date.
