Pick n Pay online license disc renewal

I am literally disgusted by what Pick n Pay is doing to my dad. We used the platform for applying for the license disc and online it clearly state that feedback will be received within 7 days and the license will be shipped withjn those days. We paid on the 28th of January 2023 and its still saying its been processed. What the **** are yol processing for a full month. I called the department responsible for this mess and they said they will contact me back and i shouldn't call them. I'm still ****en waiting. What ****ed me off the most is that my dad paid the ****en police R800 since the disc is expired now and they don't want to accept the stupid slip to show as proof of payment for the disc. Yol better sort this mess out. How can 7 days turn into a whole full month and now 2nd month is almost over. Fix this ****. I've been patient but this is ****en unacceptable.
