Pick n Pay online lacks customer care and
For the second month in a row Pick n Pay delivers groceries with missing items which they refuse to replace. For nearly a year now, I've been ordering groceries every month from Pick n Pay but last month and this week, they get to me with an item missing and their support team says these were delivered. They appear in the invoice but aren't delivered.
These are small items that I take it for granted to check. After so many months of ordering from the brand, why would they think I'm trying to swindle them now for items that are less than R100?
The support team is trained to just close tickets without looking into customer issues. Did the items leave their warehouse or store? They don't answer questions and don't have people who have enough authority to make decisions reaching out to customers. For all the convenience of ordering online, the lack of customer care from PnP makes it impossible to believe they want our business.
