Pick 'n Pay Online is useless!!!!

Not even half a star is applicable! Pick 'n Pay Online is the most disappointing service. What use is it to book a online given time slot for delivery between 9am and 12 and after 1p, the goods has still not been delivered!!!!! I am in such an embarrassment with my company with ******ing their year-end function. No apology and not excuse will be able to rectify this!!!! I will never use you again!!!!
