Pick n Pay online is unreliable

I've ordered last night 3 x Fanta zero, 3 x sprite zero, 3 x coke light and 3 x stoney zero. As seen in the included pics, the special is, buy 3 for R34. However, the charged amount is R51. I've sent numerous email where the response is everytime that they've escalated it to Norwood branch?????
