Pick n Pay online is rotten and they are *******!

I placed an online order on Black Friday. I waited over a week for my deliver. On Friday 14h00 the money was debited from my account (OUT - Not on reserve). Waiting for my order Saturday morning, it did not arrive. I started checking my phone and saw an e-mail received past 21h00 the previous evening that they cancelled my order. No one even tried to phone me! I spent 45min trying to get hold of someone from the call centre on my account. The call centre lady was friendly, but said that the money was not actually take from my account! That ****ed me off, because if I had my money and you cancelled my order, I would be able to spend my money getting the products that I have been waiting for, for over a week, from somewhere else. So now, I am still in need of the items that I ordered, but you still have my money and I don't have what I need. The problem is that you did not want to deliver the items on Black Friday prices. You are rotten people, *****ing and taking away from others! Like I said... I needed that items on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I needed my money to buy them from somewhere else, but you don't care!
