PICK 'N PAY ONLINE IS ABSOLUTE *******

On 9 March 2021 I received a Pick 'n Pay PetClub email offering cat litter at a discount price, I followed the link and purchased 10 bags of litter with order no #***. No discount was app****. Calls to customer services went unanswered. I eventually managed to log a query with them and received an email on 10 March, nothing since - no refund, no apology, no feedback - DO NOT USE PICK 'N PAY ONLINE, THEY ARE "*****S" !!!!
