Pick n Pay online is a joke!!

I've ordered something from Pick n Pay online on 19 December 2022. I've sent an email shorty after to enquire about the discount not added as advertised. Long story short - an amount of R1 is still not cleared on my credit card and the item (which was supposed to be a Christmas present) still not delivered.

I don't want the item anymore and I want the R1 on my credit card cancelled.
