Pick n pay Online -Hemingways

I bought groceries on the 27th of April at pick n pay online and my collection store was Hemingway East London, On arrival half of the groceries on my list were not what I requested so I left them at the store with a guy named Siya who assured me that refund would be done same day. I called the store today and asked to speak to Siya so they took my number and promised to call back, after a long wait I called again and they said Siyas shift has ended I asked to speak to the manager I was transferred to a number and was holding for over 12min. I have previously used pick n pay online service and have never had issues like this. I am a frustrated customer who needs answers asap.
