Pick n pay online grocery with no delivery for 4 hours

If it were by me I would give then a minus star review Month end they take up so many orders knowing very well they can't deliver and meet the needs of the customer's, I ordered from 4pm until now 7:03pm there's no delivery, they keep saying there's a delay and when you call their call centre it just gets worse they drop calls and unable to assist you,

I regret using their services
