Pick n Pay online grocery Refund

I placed my order on 1st August 2025 and I cancelled the same day but till this day my refund is not in. They promised that it will reflect in my bank account in 3-7 working days but still nothing, I'm really not satisfied and will never use their online shopping again.

All I need is my R403,67 back into my Capitec bank account please because now I have been waiting for almost a month but its still pending instead of reflecting.

I have been calling your customer service from the day I cancelled my order until now, all they tell me is that my order was cancelled but now where is my money what's taking so long.
