Pick ‘n Pay Online frustration with late delivery and refund

1 week and 4 calls to their help-line ( call centre), I still have not received my refund from Pick ‘n Pay. Incompetence, dishonesty about phoning back, and not resolving the issue. Why do they have a help line then?
