Pick 'n Pay Online Food Shopping

I downloaded the app on Tuesday and placed the order for delivery that afternoon in another Province. I live in Gauteng and the order was going to Western Cape. Did the order, made the payment and only half the goods were available that I ordered. The Vienna's ordered were not delivered and nor were they on the list of goods not supp****. It was all the meat products not delivered, which was crucial to the order. I then downloaded the Checkers app and ordered the meat and a few extras. They immediately told me what was not available which was only 2 items. They were far cheaper than Pick 'n Pay and their service was amazing, was delivered before the 60 minutes and I could track the driver on the app. I was never a fan of Checkers before, but now they will be my go to when I order for someone else. Pick 'n Pay can kiss me goodbye. I could not even link my Pick 'n Pay card, kept saying registered to someone else. But Checkers I could link. Pick 'n Pay pull up your socks you are going to lose loads of customers.
