Pick n PAy online failure

This is since Easter weekend the website is still a massive problem Absolutely shocking that a major corporate can not sort out there public interface Disgusting that you make it impossible to 1) Feed my family during the time I am out of the country 2) Take no action to ensure that online shooping is available at all times. I am shocked that you take no positive action to resolve an issue that has now dragged for an extended time and have been reported several times At this stage nothing but standard responses that seem to be automated computer generated has been received. No indication of issues being resolved - even less feedback on any progress being made

I am a very disgruntled customer at this stage
