Pick 'n Pay Online fails

I ordered something on Pick 'n Pay Online in March. They took the full payment for the order but yet I didn't receive the full order as items were out of stock when they packed and delivered my order and I was told I will be refunded for those items. 3 months later I'm still waiting for my refund.
