PICK N PAY ONLINE DONT DELIVER BUT BILL YOU

Hi,<br> <br> Placed an online order on 29 Oct for deliver on 31 Oct between 14:00 and 15:00 to the value of R1494.02. Mr Delivery eventually arrived at my house at 16:30 and only delivered 3 out of my 16 items!<br> I was then informed to contact the call centre to resolve my order. After several follow ups, I insisted on a refund.<br> I have still not received my refund but I did get a credit note for R1248.36.<br> Pick n pay had the NERVE to still charge me R75 delivery fee after completely messing up my order.<br> I will NEVER use pick n pay online shopping ever again.<br> The service was pathetic!
