Pick 'n Pay Online - Done!

<p>I placed an order (order No: ********** 318) on Wednesday 28th June, which was scheduled to be delivered on Friday 30 June 19:00-20:00. I got payment notification from my bank the next day. My order was never delievered. There was no apology or explanation from Pick 'n Pay.</p> <p>I then called your customer care on Saturday morning. The first lady I spoke to promised to return my call as she was going to investigate. She never called me back. I called again in the afternoon. The 2nd lady then told me she has scheduled another delivery time, which was supposed to have been yesterday, Monday 19:00 - 20:00. When I didn't receive any confirmation, I called your customer care AGAIN. The 3rd lady I spoke to kept me on hold, and the line got cut. I called again. The 4th lady said my groceries will be delivered today, 18:00 - 19:00.</p> <p>I haven't received any confirmation of this arrangement, which makes me wonder if I will ever get my groceries. What I also find very annoying and unprofessional, is that no one is taking responsibility for this. I've had no apology or explanation from Pick 'n Pay. This has been such an inconvenience and waste of my time and money, as I had to go and buy things I already paid for.</p> <p>So so disappointed and I feel my rights as a customer have been violated. Can I get some form of clearance as to why my groceries were not delievered at the agreed time. Your call centre people are not helpful at all. </p>
