Pick n pay online disgusted

We purchased a gas tank in the pick n pay online app. Was advised that wr could pick up on the 18th at pick n pay ottery between 12 and 1. When i got there i received the most disgusting service, sending me from one department to another and been told there is nothing that they can do i should call the online department. Called was on hold for 11 minutes, disconnected dailed again to be advise there as no delivery made and they will deliver to my door Monday. Well I called at 5pm to be advise they will call me back. My monies was debited from my account but now nobody cares about the customer.
