Pick n Pay online delivery JUST DONT CARE about the repercussions of their inferior delivery service

After placing an order from Pick'n Pay online in 2021 was a horrible fail - they picked out old veggies. I decided to give them another shot and ordered non-perishables. Selected delivery time 09:00-13:00. when I phoned at 13:45 to check up on my delivery, they said there was some problem the night before and that's why my order is late. I expressed that the don't care attitude of Pick n Pay is costing me money as i have to pay my domestic overtime to stay at home and wait for the delivery. They lady said she will find out and phone me back. 1 hour 45 min later i phoned again and another lady said, my order failed... that's it, no reason why or how it can be resolved, said she will phone me back (i asked if it is also an empty gesture as previous lady who said she will phone but never did), she phones back, but with no confirmed when they will delivered. As a result of Pick n Pays inexperienced in online order and delivery and no care attitude, this has cost me R300 for my domestic to stay overtime on a R1000 order. sies man, you guys really need go get some training in customer service from Checkers60, Takealot, or in fact any online service. Or maybe just let the customer know that you will fail to deliver, start there, cost noting
