Pick n pay online delivery

I ordered pick n pay online delivery on the 1st November, they said the order will come at 12pm. I waited until 16:45 to be told the groceries was delivered. I went to the security and they said nothing came for me. I received no phone calls from the driver. I messaged the support line to findout where my delivery was because I got nothing and they responded by saying they can see the order was delivered but if it wasn't I should respond.

What is the point of saying I didn't get anything for them to say it was delivered. I have still heard nothing from them

This is the worst experience I had with them and still out of pocket R300 and no groceries.
