Pick n Pay Online & Delivery

Pick n pay Online ordering. Not convenient at all and a total mess. First my delivery is 2 hours late after i called and indicated the hour booked for delivery was missed. Then two of my items are open (Large pack of Crisps, and a large packet of Popcorn) and delivered open?? So no quality checks and I have no idea what an open packet poses in relation to health and safety risks to my family.

Then one item (8 small pizza's packet) was omitted from the parcel and the delivery person simply indicates we will have to credit it back to you.

Would have been easier to simply go in store and do the shopping myself. But given the day and age of online shopping and the convenience there off we thought to try out PnP online shopping the first time. Wont be using it again! Ever. Pick n Pay is a great store, don't get me wrong, but their online service and delivery is still stuck in the 80's in relation to efficiency, quality checks and services rendered from an online store.
