Pick ‘n Pay online deliveries

Pick ‘n Pay online delivery has been disappointing for over a year now , you schedule a delivery for. Certain date and time but then get your delivery a day later. Because of this I always keep track when I see they not in time and will always call the customer service. Last week I called informing my delivery is late and if they can find out what time I can expect it. They keep telling me they will follow up and get back. Next day I called again , they said oh they received an email saying all deliveries will be late, however no call to the customer, they said again they will get back which they did not . I then called and said it’s okay can they arrange that I collect my groceries from store. Hours later they called and said yes I can. Went to store , to customer service informed lady I’m here for my order . She send another lady to go get my order. That lady never returned. They sent another person which also did not return , eventually after being there already for an hour , manager came out went to the back to check came back and asked my order number when I gave it to him he said my order is there and has been ready long time ago and went back to fetch it. Finally my order was received. My overall experience was really very bad. They really have no regard for ppl time. You pay for a service as not all can get to the shops to go do shopping but yet you have to eventually fetch your food.
