Pick n pay online complaint

Pick n pay online order number ***. Reference number is provided. I bought groceries but had to cancel because the collection store closed due to to covid 19.The money is still not reversed back to my account as per the transaction dated 2020-07-05. Also Pick n pay did not send me any proof of the reversal. It's been over a month now, I've been contacting Pick n Pay online. I spoke to Sanelisiwe who promised to revert back to me. I gave them all of my details including the bank card and name of bank. Kindly assist.
