Pick n pay online clothing no refund

On the 29/12/2021 I received my online order from pick n pay clothing,I have ordered 2 pants and only one did arrived. The same day I logged a ticket on the online app as well as went into the store at wonderboom junction,the manager phoned in and they told him that there was no stock and they will refund me on the Friday. Still no refund on the Friday I have sent an email on the 01/01/2022 to ask why again I did not received my shorts whereby I received the same respond that the manager gave me that I will receive a refund,I then asked when I will get the refund and all they say is it is in process. The 12/01/2022 I sent an email again asking when I will receive my refund till today no response. The 15/01/2022 I went to the store in wonderboom junction the manager assist me again he tried to phone but did get no answer he also send an email and still no respond can someone please assist me I is ridiculous that till today I have no refund. The t&c also state that refund take place in 5 tot 7 working days and we are over more than 7 days without a refund
